Links was founded in Lecce in 1999, and today we are a consulting company with over 900 employees, with offices in Lecce, Milan, Rome, Bari, Bologna, Sondrio, Cremona, Zurich and Tirana.

Our services and solutions help create value in the digital transformation of banks and financial institutions, public administrations and enterprises.

Links is the parent company of a group of seven subsidiaries and branches that combine expertise and specializations to provide tailor-made digital solutions built and developed according to the customer's requirements, with the aim of building and consolidating valuable partnerships.

Talent drives innovation, which is why people are at the heart of our company vision, and innovation is the engine of our successful business model: the Competence Centers to enhance know-how, the Digital Technology Centers to accelerate innovation processes, and the incubators, Links Academy and Links Innovation Hub, to catalyze digital transformation processes.

Founded in 1999, Links is specialized in the development of software applications and IT services to support Digital & Mobile Business Transformation.

It is a key player in innovation due to its continuous investments in research, established partnerships with leading Italian University Hubs, and its ability to nurture human capital through an Academy specialized in training and integrating young talents into the company.

Links Srl

Links Management and Technology S.r.l. is founded in Lecce, a consulting company with the aim of operating professionally and organized in the design and provision of Management and Technology Consulting services and solutions for the finance sector, the public sector, and SMEs.

1999

New offices in Milan and Rome
Two new prestigious operational offices are inaugurated in Milan, and in Rome, to oversee the important Banking and Central Public Administration markets respectively.

2004

Links Spa and new HQ in Lecce

The transformation of Links Srl into a joint-stock company is approved. Links inaugurates its new 2500 square meter operational headquarters in Lecce.

2006- 2007

Linfa ShPK

A new office opens in Bari, focusing on Smart Cities & Public Government. Linfa ShPK, a software factory in Tirana, is established for web/mobile app production and nearshore outsourcing.

2015

Meta J Solution

Links acquires Meta J Solution S.r.l. in Sondrio, specializing in corporate banking and payments. Links Innovation Services S.r.l. is established in Milan, focusing on IT services and business processes.

2016

Links Academy

Inauguration of the new offices in Milan and the launch of Links Academy.

2017

Nexus Advanced Technologies

Nexus Advanced Technologies S.r.l., a Milan-based company specializing in web marketing solutions and the Cloud Salesforce platform, is acquired. Links joins the Elite Program of Borsa Italiana.

2019

Idea 75 and DecHit

The industrial integration expands to include Idea75, specializing in IoT and AI, and DecHit, a consulting firm focused on Digital Transformation, Mobile, and Multichannel innovations.

2021

Top employer certification and CSE

Links achieves Top Employer certification. A strategic partnership with CSE is formed, to address the new challenges of the banking and financial world.

2023

Zurich and BPP

Links opens a new branch in Zurich. A partnership is formed with with Banca Popolare Pugliese, which acquires a 2% stake in Links.
