Links Innovation Hub is the incubator for all corporate innovation initiatives.
Links continuously invests in research and development projects with the aim of experimenting with new technologies, designing and creating new digital products, re-engineering key business solutions, experimenting with new software design and development methodologies, and, in general, developing new skills useful to the market and increasing the company's competitive capacity.
The innovation projects that Links leads, particularly as the leader of national and international research initiatives, are based on fruitful collaboration with public and private research institutions and prominent companies in the national territory and beyond.
Among the main research partners are: the Italian Institute of Technology, CNR, the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change, the University of Salento, the University and Polytechnic of Bari, and the Polytechnic University of Milan. Essential to the success of these initiatives is the continuous interaction of the Links Innovation Hub with all the company's Business Units, aimed at the continuous exchange of knowledge and skills, and with end users – often the Clients themselves – with the objective of guiding research and development activities towards the creation of truly useful and innovative market solutions.
The areas of innovation include key emerging technologies: blockchain, open banking, data analysis, artificial intelligence. The target market areas are: Digital Bank, Open Bank, SMART Loan, SMART Government, SMART Tourism & Culture, Digital Health.
